ReliPR Terms and Conditions

1. Your Account and Responsibilities

• Account Types: We offer different types of accounts, including for "Individuals," "Content Creators," and "Business Users." Your use of specific features may depend on your account type.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide us with accurate, complete, and current information for your account and profile.

2. The PICAR Score and Our Service

• Informational Purposes Only: The PICAR score, assessment results, and improvement pathways are provided for informational and career development purposes only. They are not a professional certification, a guarantee of employment, or a promise of any specific career outcome.
• Dynamic Nature: Your PICAR score is a dynamic metric that will change over time based on your activities, achievements, and potential skill decay from inactivity. We do not guarantee that your score will only increase.
• Service "As-Is": We provide the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

3. User Content and Community Conduct

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you create on the Service, including your profile information, group posts, and peer reviews ("User Content").
• License to Us: By providing User Content, you grant relipr.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service. This allows us to, for example, show your posts in a group or display your profile to a recruiter.
• Community Conduct: You agree not to post content that is unlawful, offensive, spammy, or violates our community guidelines.
• AI Moderation: You acknowledge and agree that we use AI agents to automatically moderate content within groups to enforce rules and maintain a safe environment. While we strive for accuracy, this automated process may sometimes result in the removal of content, and we are not liable for such actions.
• Our Rights: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions and Payments (For Business & Creator Accounts)

• Fees: Certain features of the Service are available only through a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the subscription tier you select.
• Billing: We use a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) to bill you. Your payment information is handled securely by them.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it through your account settings.
• No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable, except where required by law. There will be no refunds or credits for partially used periods or for downgrades.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding User Content) are and will remain the exclusive property of relipr.ai and its licensors. This includes our branding, scoring algorithms, and the look and feel of the site. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the code or visual design elements without our express written permission.

• By You: You can stop using our Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard.
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Termsor if we are required to do so by law. We will provide you with reasonable notice where possible.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make a change that we believe materially affects your rights, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our site. By continuing to use the Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
